Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • The item is defective

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Request is made within 7–30 days of receiving the item (choose your preferred window)


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original seal/packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear


Replacement

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
